Hi QBD, I attended your morayfield store this afternoon looking for something nice to read for my mum. While I was looking around I was approached by one of your staff members asking if I needed help. Well wasn’t he an absolute delight! Not being sarcastic either, he gave such a fantastic review of “the heart is a star” I had to buy it. His customer service skills are amazing and the passion and love he seems to have for books is admirable. I’ll definitely be back and he may be able to talk my kids into some new books. I believe his name may be Andrew as that’s what is on the receipt! I hope it is him and you never let him go. ✌️

After initially being told by another staff member the box set I was seeking was not available, Jade went over and beyond to locate it and another book I was looking forward to reading during my holiday.I am so impressed with the service by Jade and hope her managers see this review. We got some great bargains here. They had a table of books and jigsaw puzzles reduced to $2 that were damaged " but you couldn't really find much wrong with them. And the staff were so friendly and helpful."

I never leave reviews but Jade served me and was absolutely amazing. Had such a broad knowledge of authors and books and was able to recommend a heap of books for not only my dad but also for me (both very different genres and reading levels). Thank you Jade, you were amazing <3

Outstanding customer service that is so rare to come across these days! Thanks to the girls who always take their time to search different types of books for me and even locating them all to save me hunting them down. Every staff member is always super friendly & welcoming. Nothing is ever too much for this team of customer service stars !!
