Don't bother going anywhere else to find your perfect dress. Natasha was absolutely amazing and helped me find the dress of my dreams! I couldn't be happier!I needed a dress last minute because my original dress was lost and she bent over backwards to help me pick out a dress that I loved and that I could take with me when I left the store. She also put me in touch with a seamstress that could fit me in straight away!Absolutely amazing store and service, couldn't recommend this place enough.

We came here to have a look at wedding dresses. After having a shop around we already had a style in mind and a ‘dress to beat’ from another store. Gladys was very lovely at letting us try some similar styles. One of the dresses was almost the same but had a lot more detail and it was also being made new compared to the other one we were planning to get, which was off the floor (making it more expensive). But even with that in mind, she still matched the exact price of the other store! So that was pretty hard to turn down, so said yes to the dress :) we are very happy with the service here.

I bought 2 of my gowns, 2 bridesmaids dresses and my fiance bought his groomsmen suits and his suit from here. They are fantastic here and very helpful. They also cater for alterations at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend going here for all your bridal needs

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. This shop needs to be shut down. We hired suits from this shop and on our wedding day the suit pants split prior to our reception. It was like they weren't even sewed properly. We spoke to the manager Gladys who informed my sister that any complaints need to go through the accounts department. We left it for 2 weeks and I called to get an update as no one has responded and apparently the manager doesn't have details for the owner. It has now been a month, I have received my deposit which was supposed to be refunded and I haven't heard back from the accounts team. Honestly, do yourself a favour and do not go here. They are a waste of money and although alterations are included, they will charge you more once the suits are ready.

Natasha from Vision In White made everything about shopping for my wedding dress a dream! She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable discussing dresses and accessories I'd seen at other stores, even recognising my tiara from another boutique's stock photo and ordering it for me at a better price. She knew what would look great on me and pulled a dress I didn't like on the hanger - it ended up being the one! I felt no pressure to buy and came back twice more with family members to try on the dress before ordering. I felt valued as a customer and made to feel like a million bucks every time.I would recommend Vision in White and especially Natasha to anyone looking for a wedding dress, and this will be my first stop when I come back for bridesmaids dresses.

Vision in White were excellent to work with throughout the entire process. My wedding dress purchased with them were beautiful and alterations completed in house were wonderful! Would highly recommend

This store is run by the same people that run 2 birds bridal and we were bounced around to this store and 2 birds for months waiting for our dress to arrive. Take your business else where and save the headache.This is my original review to 2 birds bridal:The worst experience leading up to our big day!Paid for a custom dress in February and were assured the dress would arrive with plenty of time for alterations for our wedding in August.We were bounced around from this store to their sister store Vision in White for weeks with no one returning our calls from June all the way to August with no one taking responsibility for the delays ..The dress did not arrive until 6 days before our wedding and as compensation we requested the alterations be included at no extra cost. The dress already cost over 3 grand.The dress finally arrived and they wanted to charge us another thousand for the alterations.We talked them out of any extra charges but the alterations were sub-par at best. The bustles broke on the dress after the ceremony and the shoulder straps needed to be taped on to keep from falling down!Never ever get a dress from this dishonest business or their sister company Vision in White. Look at their Google reviews from lowest to highest and see what really happens to people.Luckily we had a magical day that was filled with love and joy, but no thanks to these clowns. Save yourself the drama and go somewhere else.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Their customer service was and still is absolutely horrid. From having my initial style requests for my own wedding dress ignored and shown something absolutely hideous, to then having my sister called a larger person when picking out her bridesmaid dress, then to organizing an appointment for my other bridesmaid only to be told the business had been bought out and all previous record of whatever we decided on be totally lost and not having been notified at all. I have never been more disappointed in my life. I guess I am just lucky my bridesmaids have enough time to take their money elsewhere and find something. The staff also did not seem at all sympathetic. I would not recommend anyone go here and run the risk of having your time and money wasted.

After reading all the great comments I decided to book an appointment to visit this boutique. I arrived early and was assisted by Emily. I said I wanted to look around first to see if I liked anything, she kept pushing the fact that she was to assist. After I took it upon myself to look at the gowns with my sister she was staring at us the entire time and made us feel extremely uncomfortable.After finding a dress that I wanted to try on, Emily took me into the change room and gave me the dress to put on myself, there wasn't really any assistance, (I almost tripped on one of the gowns). After trying on the gowns I asked if she could write the style down, she went back into the change room and wrote down her name on the card only. I then asked if she could write down the style number and she then told me that I could find it on the website. I told her again to write the style number and she huffed and puffed at this request.One of the other staff members that was on the floor asked her to go and write it down, so she did. I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and like I was a bother through the entire process. Other brides that were there had come over an hour late and were treated much better than I was. I was made to feel like I was not good enough to try on bridal gowns.If that's the way you treat people I will not be recommending to anyone, EVER!Really it should be no star's at all!
