Balanced for Life

I have been going to Balance for Life a good 20 years.The team are very friendly and so helpful.Always there with not only good advice but they have the best chiropractors in Windsor and Castle Hill.I have also had the Medical Laser treatment as well, thumbs up for that treatment as well.20 years sounds a long time but that is due to the fact I like to keep of top of things and having regular treatments helps me stay well.

My Husband Michael has been seeing Dr Sahil for some time now and he has helped him tremendously with all of his back aches and pains. The Cold laser therapy has helped a lot and he is no longer in constant back pain!Thank you :)

I absolutely love Balanced for Life in Windsor. Lindy and Sahil are always keeping up-to-date with latest science and technology,. As such they provide cold laser therapy, which is completely pain free, and they take a holistic approach to helping you reduce pain, correct posture and alignment. I ALWAYS feel improvement immediately after every treatment!Every time I have hobbled into treatment in pain, Lindy works on me until every area that needs addressing is worked on and I leave feeling so much better - taller, more free and in alignment. I am so thankful they have come to Windsor. We don’t have any service as good as theirs in the Hawkesbury. I also don’t know anyone else in the area who provides the incredibly skilled cold laser treatment they offer. I highly recommend Balanced for Life, Windsor to anyone who has any kind of injury and suffers from physical pain. When I see Lindy, I don’t need pain killers :-) Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Highly recommend Balanced for life! Sahil is wonderful at what he does. I had major back surgery 10 years ago, but still get some aches and pains particularly with my hip coming out of place. Sahil has managed to help bring this in place, which has significantly helped with both my pain and appearance. However, it has been the laser therapy that has really blown my mind! I had significant nerve damage due to the surgery (it felt like constant pins and needles). Sahil has completed 6 sessions of laser on my back and I have never felt better! After 10 years I can finally scratch my back without cringing. I truly couldn't be happier!

Sahil has helped me immensely throughout my pregnancy with severe back pain and neck tightness, providing me with a clear plan to reduce my pain and improve movement. Everyone I've dealt with at the clinic have been lovely and so helpful. I highly recommend Balanced For Life Windsor!

I highly recommend Dr Lindy at Balanced for Life Windsor. She is very professional and friendly, as are the support staff.I have just finished my initial consultations which included assessments, adjustments, massages, take home exercises and MLS laser therapy.Every appointment was unique and tuned exactly to my circumstances that week. For example, one session I had a bruised foot due to a soccer injury the night before. Lindy used the MLS Laser on the affected area which noticeably improved the pain and healing time.

We were recommended to Sahil and team by a friend after a leg fracture that was causing lots of pain and swelling. After one laser treatment the swelling reduced and each session afterwards I have gained more movement and am in a lot less pain.Sahil is extremely professional and I have felt very comfortable and confident in his care. All the staff have been great to deal with.Highly recommended!
