Bought several porta robes many months ago. Realised I over ordered before picking up. When I arrived at the store to get the robes, I asked if I could leave 2 and get a refund instead. They agreed saying “It will take a long time though.” Refund was not able to be completed at the office. That afternoon I was emailed a refund form. I completed the form - no reply from National Storage. I have sent national storage many queries about it, there has been no reply. The boxes were bought November of last year. Hoping this review will actually prompt them to finalise the refund!!

Great, friendly and professional service from Natalie with every aspect of the storage process.Communication from Natalie was made by phone and email and so easy to complete all the administration with Natalie’s guidance and assistance.I will definitely be using this facility again when I need to store anything.

In general I agree that the Ladies are helpful, but.Booked online, given a unit and the gate passcode to get in. Loaded up the van arrived at 0700.Passcode did not work'Came back at 0800 and explained, pitiful look did yuzu remember to do, X, Y and Z.I will show you after about 6 attempts still not open.Go inside, 1 hour later still not working. Given a temporary number , took 6 hours to get an official passcode. not very good.Going in early one morning met the :Manager: He is about as polite and helpful as a rabid rottweiler. I suspect he is set loose at night to guard the units.

Opening hours are random. I tried to pick up a parcel and it was randomly closed for a lunch break. Very annoying.
