Bree Newman was our second rental property manager, always replied to us and keeping us upto date with everything with a great attitude and personality. Would highly recommend Acton North and Bree Newman for her services.

If you are a potential renter, avoid.- Several weeks late providing the property condition report.- No communication or responses to emails/calls (except when they want something from you).- They made an error on their end with processing rental payments but continued to send warning and threatening letters to the renters.- Maintenance issues have been reported but ignored.Edit: after this review went up I was informed there have been some personnel changes. Bree has been helpful resolving our issues with the property, so I have changed my review from 1 to 3 stars.

Damien was very attentive & professional during our sale process. Firstly, he assisted us in finding another property & provided guidance on current sales and local issues during our property search. His advice on presenting our property for sale invaluable as well as assisting us with relevant tradies in the area. Receiving four offers after the first home open weekend demonstrated his reach. In over 30 years of dealing with RE agents this group would be the least pro-active I have dealt with. I suspect the awards they display prominently on their website are evidence that houses in City Beach and Floreat sell themselves. I have never had to chase agents so much. I advised the agent we would submit our bid for the property after another viewing and confirmed we could meet the market and more. After being fobbed off, the property was sold prior to our requested viewing for considerably less than we had indicated we were prepared to pay. There was no call to us to solicit our bid at the time to compete.

I honestly believe Gary Dye and Damien Cestrilli got us the best sale price.We all know some agents will value your house high just to get the listing, then talk you into meeting the market, much below there initial valuation.They never tried to talk us into taking an offer that was below our expectation.Well done boys.

An absolute unprofessional & rude manager , what a shocking & embarrassing behaviour. You would never think a real estate manager being that low & unprofessional.such an arrogant & liars who has no shame for what they doing. It’s clearly shows how unsuccessful their business is & I wonder why!

Superlative doesn't even begin to cover the Professsionalism; Efficiency; Knowledge of Property Management Breadth and Detail; Punctuality; Trades Recruitment ( they really turn up - on time and date!!!) and genuine warmth and sensitivity shown to me by Lisa.I have dealt with numerous property managers over a 20 plus year period and Lisa is in a Category of only 2 who are at the Top of their vocation.I will remeber your kindness and generosity of spirit Lisa and know that all of your clients will be treated exactly as I have been. We've had a rental property with Acton North for a good number of years. Just recently, 2022, they've sold the property for us. Both Kara (Rental agent) and Leigh-Anne (Sales agent) were absolutely brilliant. Would definitely recommend.
