Ceasar burger was delicious! Absolutely not greasy, chicken was soft, juicy bacon. Everything was perfectly cooked!Smashed avocado was very fresh and tasty. Tea and coffee was great! Fantastic experience!!!

The staff here were kind and hospitable, even though they were incredibly busy. We made a mistake in our order and they replaced it free of charge, despite it being our fault! I also really appreciated that the waiter did not pass hot coffee over the head of my toddler (which honestly happens pretty often)!

Ordered two Cappuccino's both Larges one in a mug & one in Take away cup (extremely small cups at best anyway...!!)One in Mug had choc on top the other not!!One in Mug was 3/4 full. Other was between 1/2 to 2/3 at best full... And lukewarm.... Really Disappointing considering it Cost over $13 for both...!! I think our dining days at C.C. after over as this is NOT the first time this has happen....!!One photo once cup open... Other photo once froth was taken away...Extremely POOR.....!!

Very dissatisfied with my visit yesterday. Team member taking orders was very uninterested with our order, behaved like it was too much trouble seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Could have smiled. Mug of mocha came out spilt over side of the mug and into the saucer, as an afterthought team member suggested a napkin to mop up the spills, no apology offered. Ordered a warm almond croissant and it was still cold. Probably won’t go back just completely poor service.

Wonderful customer service, clean restaurant and the food was very well cooked. The truffle mushroom melted in my mouth and full of flavour. Definitely will come back!

Defrosted sour cream to go with wedges deserves less than one star. It looked like curdled milk and what is worse is that the Manager was aware that the sour cream had been frozen and said it was acceptable to serve.Edit. I did speak to the team. That's how I know the Manager was aware it had been defrosted. The staff member said that their Manager said it was fine.

Absolutely disgusted with the service here. I waited 30 minutes with my partner for our meal which is understandable during a busy period, however there were more than 10 empty tables we counted. Our drinks were brought out 20 minutes before the food so there was nothing to drink during our meal. The worst of all was when my partners food was being prepared, we watched as who I'm assuming was either the Supervisor or Manager on shift (as she wore a different shirt from all the rest and was giving orders to other staff) picked up his two poached eggs with her BARE HANDS. She had just been running tables so her hands were NOT clean, and even if they were that is positively foul. Will NEVER be coming back and honestly we are both just put off by Coffee Club altogether now.
