Stopped here on the way West and service was good. Stopped again on the way home and was refused entry because the registers were broken. Wasn't even allowed to use the facilities prior to going through drive through. Took our business to McDonald's.

Good KFC the meal was freshly cooked , Drive through was very busy. So I went in store to order..again place was packed. Considering the amount of customers my order was quickly filled

Everytime I stop on at Lithgow KFC I am always pleasantly surprised by the impeccable standard of food and service.It may look humble on the outside, but evertime I venture through Lithgow and am hankering for some fried chicken, the craving is always satiated and expectations well exceeded.The chicken is always the freshest, the service the speediest, assembly of burgers consistently made with care, and I frequently get extras in the meal such as 15 mashies instead of 10 or 9 nuggets instead of 6 or even an extra small chips (of course these are some of the freshest chips of your life!!)Lithgow KFC, my one piece of advice to you: stay true to yourself, you are amazing and incredible, just the way you are. Don't ever change for anyone and just keep doing your thing.

Ordered early via the app to be told at the drive through there would be a 5 minute wait and then waited 15 minutes. 1 item on the order was incorrect and the chips were sort of warm. Usually a good place to stop but not tonight.

First I got the wrong order given to me, then the right order was missing things, then when the order was complete it had someone's hair in it.The chicken was stale and the chips were over held. To top it off I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from here.

Clean tidy store. Friendly staff who were informative. Usual price and selection. Family Feast is great. Potato and gravy is still the best, always a family favourite. Nuggets, coleslaw and a drink. You can eat in or takeaway. How good is this.

Customer service needs alot of work. Worker sounds like a robot and wasn't very friendly at all. Don't care if it's closing time being polite is 100% free. And then when asked for additional cutlery it was replied with what" and a blank look.Can't say I won't be back because I'm not from around here but definitely a heads up"

I was pleasantly surprised by the upgraded eating area. The male toilets are still a bit yuck, but usable. Food was consistent with KFC around the state.
