Sushi is good and fresh. However the male who served me was very abrupt and rude. He asked a question and I didn't hear him as there was a bit of noise around and the second time he asked it he shouted and I was really taken aback. He was very impatient and seemed annoyed with every customer he attempted to serve. Everyone has bad days but absolutely no need to act that way. The lady working with him was lovely though

Very friendly and helpful staff. Even had my usual order ready when they saw me pass the shop. Hygiene is of the highest order. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I thoroughly recommend this establishment either for eat in or take away. Keep up the great work!!

We get their delicious squid salad at least once a week - it's the best in town, have tried from several takeaway sushi places. Sometimes we will get sushi too - always fresh and yummy. Friendly, efficient staff.

Terrible service! Staff very rude and unapologetic about their dishonesty. I noticed that the sushi was advertised at one price and came up as a much higher price at the register. I'm not conserned about this so much as my treatment over their error. The girl was totally unapologetic and said it was incorrect and that I had to pay the more expensive price. If it was her own business she would have apologised and insist I only pay the advertised price, instead her solution was 'you have to pay the higher price or you can't have it,' even holding it away from me in the air like I was a naughty 2 year old. I don't think they are aware of the legal repercussions of false advertising and the deceit of consumers. The staff here definitely need extra training. Maybe she is worried she will get in trouble for putting the wrong card on this product. I'm sure they have been unfairly charging people all day without their knowledge. Customers should never feel at fault over false advertising! This incident could have been resolved in a way more amicable manner.

i'll say i like the taste, it's special and because i know how to make sushi, i know they made it with some of their own idea. it definitely worth a visit, and yes their tables are dirty, but since it's a shopping center, you can always sit elsewhere

They have upgraded the store and it looks so nice, lots of vegetarian options now I love it!! They have a new plant based chicken roll which I recommend. I don’t like that they put so much mayo in all the termpura veggie rolls, and barely any filling in the rolls. And they always give me only 2 soy sauce for 3 pieces.

The sushi was very bad quality and was not fresh at all. No complaints about the customer service, the employee was very friendly and efficient, however the sushi is terrible.
