Very professional outfit. Some of the pricing does seem a little steep but the servic and advice you get gives you confidence you have made the right decision. So far I've got a pool cover and new pump installed and considering their pool care monthly package.

Graeme and the girls at Poolwerx are terrific. We moved into a house that had a pool that looked like it needed a bulldozer and not only did Graeme fix and restore it to perfect condition he also is always happy to chat and teach you how the pool mechanisms work. The girls in the shop are very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I have been to Poolwerx a number of times and I have always been very impressed with the staff's friendliness, knowledge and willingness to go that extra mile. I went in recently with a pool pump tat had died and they had a replacement in a couple of days. Not only that but one of the staff dropped it off on her way home! Now that is service!

I came accross Poolwerx after being recomended by a friend. I went there because I just couldn't get my pool clear. I had tried many products that just didnt work. I explained my problem to Mel, she was genuinely interested and concerned, She told me to bring in a water sample, which I did straight away. She tested the water and explained what we were going to do next (in simple terms) I purchased the chemicals and followed the instructions and a few days later my pool was crystal clear! I was so excited that I called Mel to tell her I was no longer contemplating filling the pool in.
