Ridiculous experience.Pathetic service provided by Latitude who handles Amart Finance part. We bought 4 grand worth of items and visited Amart 4 times to enquire (get a lotto that day if you can get them on phone). Ended up cancelling my order and asked for refund which again may take another week or so to “process”. They sell you fake promises when you’re in store and get the deposit. Now it’s your headache to get your finance thing done by calling Latitude which again a long wait in phone queue and runs in loops but no result.Don’t waste your time and money there and get another options instead. I’ve shared my hell experience with all my contacts and social media.

Amart Casula is a pretty good place. The prices are good. Service of some staffs are good. There is one particular person (I will not mention name) she does billing and takes payment, she does not want to be there. She is rude, no expression or customer etiquette on phone.So now I go to Cambeltown as she also does sounds very abrupt to other staffs. She is the only one letting the place down as she does not want to be there. Other than that, floor staffs and store manager is good.

Ordered a mattress in December. They told me it should arrive in 10 days. Mid March it had still not arrived. I kept having to call to follow up and they would tell me it would be delivered next week. Ended up asking for a refund. Don’t bother, their staff don’t know what is going on and their service is apathetic at best.

The worst store, unorganised clueless staff. Never shopping here again. Sold us a table with no legs and refused to reimburse.

Very poor customer service we received our good after more than 5 months in boxes no one tell us we have to put together very big box and where we can throw the boxes never go back to them when we called no help very poor customer service

I got it at F(ail)mart... This has happened last year and I just got the chance to share it. I'm doing for customers not to go through what I went through and for those with right responsibility to ensure such issue doesn't happen again. In, short, an online order ended up in multiple cancellations, 6 visits to Amart branches, and me paying extra money only because the online inventory wasn't accurate (or so I've been told). I tried to summaries the events as much as possible but couldn't get my writing below Google's characters limit per review. I'm happy to provide the details if required.

I am absolutely appalled at the customer service from Mel who works there. Not only are you a rude, but you have to regard for customers needs or ethical standards in the workplace. You are not upholding a person centered approach when dealing with customers, you act very disrespectful.

Purchased the Cassius custom lounge a few months ago. Very disappointed with the quality but store won’t do anything as it’s not a manufacturing issue. Will not be purchasing any lounge from here again.

Staff member Mohammed was really helpful and took the time (without pressuring us to make a purchase)Gave us all the info we needed to make our purchase and arrange delivery.Highly recommend this shop.
