Very disappointed with a girl who served me & gave me the wrong dire information, a fellow worker heard her & gave me the right information. There was no apology. There was no help with the problem on my phone & no offer to find the cause. I needed answers & not assumptions as to the cause. She was friendly but not helpful. I have been very satisfied with the service every other time I've visited that shop.

What a joke called in to store this morning just to buy a Telstra pre paid wifi device $69 only to be told yes we have them out the back but only have an appointment at 2:30 to see someone to purchase it.I live out of town not coming back to Murray bridge for a week, I buy the device put a Sim card in really not that hard.wow I'll go elsewhere from now on.

Courtney was a great help when we recently visited the Murray Bridge store to port all of our mobile and data services across to Telstra.We hadn't made an appointment (didn't realise you had to beforehand), but they offered to squeeze us in without any delay, and we were all set-up and working on the Telstra network within about 20 minutes!!Considering we ported over two phones services, and signed up for 3 further iPad data services, this was most impressive! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and we will definitely be back next time we require Telstra's services!!
