Cash Converters Salisbury

Bought a Penn boat fishing rod yesterday. Later on thought of buying new one, that's why called in the morning today. They told me over phone, no return for change of mind. So, have decided to use the rod and gone for line loading. Unfortunately, found one of the eye ring seal is broken. This seal is plastic coated ring to protect the line from the metal body of the eye. Around 2pm went to the shop straight away. They told me you have contacted this morning and told you that no refund. I have explained everything, still they told me they cant do the refund. I have shown the broken eye but still they told me they will not do the refund. They also informed me that there is no warranty on Fishing rod. No one from the shop told me that before. There is no use of the rod with this condition because it will damage my line. Finally decided to left the rod to them without having the refund. Really disappointed.

Anyone who has a bad thing to say about this store or its buys and loans staff members, obviously cannot appreciate good customer service. Chrissy is an amazing staff member and this store would NOT be what it is without her. Usually a great experience with buys and loans staff.But the wild flip flopping of prices of late is infuriating, offering 90 for an item one fortnight then 30 the next is ridiculous.

Came to this store before work because they had a few listings of an item I wanted. When I got there the worker was helpful in trying to find them and was apologetic when she couldn't. Then who I assume was the manager (older woman) came up and said she got rid of it all because she didn't want them"

made a purchase online sunday night. Monday prior to when it was to be dispatched to me it was found to be faulty. I was notified and refunded but then they found replacement exactly the same then processed and dispatched before close of business monday.i dealt with multiple staff and received excellent service from them allCongratulations Team

The staff are so lovely! I went in just to browse and ended up finding a really rare collection of figures, as I stared contemplating for awhile a beautiful attendant came over to ask me if I needed help, she ended up letting me ramble on about these figures even though she didn't know anything of what I was talking about she was so kind and still listened. When I returned to the store to pick up more of the figures she gave me the warmest smile and welcomed me as if I've lived there. Thank you SO MUCH Kelly! I'm usually incredibly anxious outside and you made me feel very welcome and calm during the transaction. I'll definantly be coming back!
