Courteous and knowledgeable staff walked us through the process of choosing the best blinds. They accurately measured, then returned a few weeks later to install blinds that we are very happy with. You can tell that its a well managed company by the high quality of their staff. Timbershades are highly recommended. Five stars for sure...!

Timbershades did an excellent job when they installed shutters and blinds in six rooms in our house. Timbershades team have been a marvel !The project involved the replacement of external balcony louvre panels and doors for 6 town houses in Glebe, being a complex task requiring high quality technical advice throughout the process. Jared, the installation team and back office were incredibly professional at all stages of quoting, through design, installation and follow up. No matter the technical challenge, the team provided excellent, practical solutions that met our needs. Timbershades are a wonderful company who stand by their product quality and provide first class service.I have used them for quite a few years on several properties and having had them recently completely dress all window furnishings in our home in Sydney with plantation shutters, venetians and motorised blinds, the end result is just outstanding...a complete transformation.Product quality and fit is excellent.Jared who assisted in the specifications is just so knowledgeable and provided quality inputs and suggestions throughout.Damien, Mark & Isaac the installation technicians were immaculate in installation, ensuring no marks on walls, floors and all packaging materials removed. We've had Timbershades out twice now to put in shutters upstairs and downstairs. They have been awesome both times. Excellent craftsmanship, esp. upstairs which required a fair bit of bespoke fitting. Very neat and polite. They also did some repair work on some older shutters in the house. Definitely a no brainer to get them out if you need shutters fitted or repaired.

We somehow broke one of the pins that holds the shutter blade in place. Rohn was kind enough to not only provide the relevant pin, but made a short detour to our place to 'wiggle' the pin into place, prior to going to another job.This level of consideration and professionalism reflects a by-gone time where the business owner takes pride in what they do. In making this effort, it is clear that building effective / good customer relations is one of the tenets that underpins his business.I think that any family seeking excellent after sales service should consider doing business with Rohn and his colleagues at Timbershades.

Thank you to the Timbershades team for great service from start to finish. With any renovation or upgrade to my home, I often find it difficult to make decisions on products and colours. Jared (salesman) made suggestions on what would work with my colour scheme and the finished product looks amazing. The installation team were courteous and careful too. The shutters give my home a beautiful, modern look from the street and provide excellent insulation.
