What a find!!! Not only did Ingrid make a time in her BUSY schedule for me, at very short notice, she did everything with a beautiful smile and laughter. Her little hideaway salon is super cute, clean and perfect for a relaxing and special treatment. As I was unsure how I wanted my hair cut (went in for a trim) Ingrid was super helpful in guiding me to find a style that would not only suit my face, but my hair as well. Even though this was now a style cut Ingrid made time and was still priced UNDER $50. I am SUPER happy with the style and can't recommend Ingrid enough. I would give 10 stars if I could. Hair by Ingrid - you are a super star!

I came to Ingrid on the recommendation of a friend. I have alopecia and Ingrid was so understanding and helpful with advice. She made me feel much better about my condition and was extremely knowledgeable and caring. It was a very relaxing environment and I highly recommend her professionalism.

I have tried so many hairdressers. It took so long to finally find a hairdresser who has a lot of experience & a great personality. I always walk out feeling great, Ingrid makes sure of that! She tells you how to treat your hair and what are the best products.

Ingrid is an amazing hair dresser with many years experience. She is extremely knowledgeable and very talented. I have been seeing her for over 15 years and always leave feeling great! Highly recommended!

Ingrid is amazing! I really liked my hair style and she suggested different things to improve my hair's appearance, she completely loves what she does and is very experienced about all hair related subjects. She is very welcoming, made me feel at home I think the location is perfect (right in front of the North Wollongong station.

I love what Ingrid’s done with my hair! Her colours are GORGEOUS and her cuts SPOT ON! What I love most, though, is how she listens (without judgement!) to my needs. I’m low on daily maintenance and she takes that into account so my styles work with my lifestyle. Definitely a 5/5!

Ingrid was great. She listened to me in terms of what I wanted, assessed my hair to ensure the style would work and provided advice and suggestions on things I hadn't ever considered. I walked out of Ingrid's salon with a great cut and feeling confident. As well, I've had loads of compliments.

The style cut Ingrid gave me exceeded my expectations. It was my first ever visit and I felt immediately at ease with her. She showed me how to style my new cut with products that are similar to what I already use and gave me really helpful advice on how to care for my hair. I will not be going anywhere else from now on.
