Amazing products at amazing prices.I bought a compound Mitre Saw and expected mediocre performance and accuracy for the price and was surprised to get a tool that rivals the top brands for a third of the price. Dead square cuts straight out of the box. In fact in a few areas the saw is superior to the likes of Makita and Bosch.I have bought a few more smaller tools from them and never been disappointed with quality or price.Highly recommended.

I have purchased pretty well most of Swarts Tools has had to offer over a number of years. Other than great value and well made equipment I have found the staff there really helpful and friendly - rare to come across these days. On one occasion the drop saw extension table, that I had purchased, had a slight defect - I called them and they asked to bring it in – I did so and without hesitation they offered me a replacement. Not only that there was a newer model coming out, with an additional feature, and if I was prepared to wait a few weeks they would offer me that at no extra cost. I took up that offer and they also said I could keep the old one as well. That is really smart business and customer service as I have spread the word on many occasions. Can only echo other reviews, great products, price and service. In particular the service and communication I've received from Samuel has been outstanding and he is a valuable asset to the company.Several years ago I bought a cordless multi tool. The build quality and performance has been outstanding and comparable to similar tools that cost significantly more. High end quality, low end price.Recently the tool fell from a balcony onto concrete and stopped working. Notwithstanding the age of the tool and the fact it's no longer available, Samuel could not have done more to help me get it repaired and I'll be forever grateful. Thank you.

You guys were terrific! I purchased a combination sliding mitre saw with stand and vacuum unit.I have used this combo extensively for construction at home and for projects for clients. I have found the settings remain firm, the laser is still accurate and the blade continues to cut true. I highly recommend your business. Very happy. Thanks

Purchased some 125mm x 1mm cutting discs for an angle grinder about 12 months ago and I have been very happy with the cutting performance and longevity of the discs. When I ordered they were out of stock with a new shipment due shortly. Swarts Tools offerered me a discount due to the delay and kept me informed of my order and the shipping date ETA. I am a very happy customer and will definitely order from Swarts Tools again.

Excellent support and customer service.I purchased a bundle of the compound mitre saw, stand plus the shop vac. The stand was back-ordered and would be a few extra weeks to arrive, but Swarts were quite happy to ship the parts out separately as they were available instead of making me wait for all the parts and a single shipment.The base of the saw had a manufacturing fault - these things happen - and Swarts handled it quickly and professionally, sending me a replacement plus an extra saw blade for my troubles.When I asked about an adapter to attach the shop vac to the saw for dust collection, they provided me one for just the cost of shipping.Whenever I need a new tool, I first check it Swarts have what I need. I am eagerly hoping they expand their range.
