I have used the Coopers Auto at Lindisfarne a couple times now. Email communication was easy and the response was immediate. In receiving a qoute on labor for car repairs.I found the service friendly and professional with the option of zippay as an payment method.

I’ve been using Coopers for as long as I can remember. Whether it be for annual servicing or general repairs. To be honest I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Fabulous crew that are a credit to the business.

Very good service centre. Have been taking our cars to John for around 10 years. Informative and explains what they have done and what needs to be done for future services. Need more mechanics like John.

The business is only interested in their profit margin. I have been here twice, silly me, and both times have had an unsatisfactory outcome, although the first time the issue was resolved after 3 days and complaints to head office. Once the car is 'finished' there is no care factor if there is an issue. I was only there yesterday and did ask the mechanic to check for other possible issues, apart from what it was there for, and to let me know. Unfortunately the knock is still in my front end, he has no recollection of my request and doesn't know why the front end still has a knock in it as he didn't complete the job. I will not ever go anywhere near this business again, unprofessional and uncaring.
