We contacted Hypop a few weeks back to enquire about a new product that had been launched in the US. Dami who fielded the call at the time, took our details and said he'd follow up when he knew more and when the products were going to be arriving. True to his words he recently followed up and was fantastic with his customer service. He was also able to assist with adding a few additional things to the cart. The service, communication and follow up right the way through the sales process has been incredible and as such our Studio will choose Hypop as a first port of call for any of our gear. Thank you.

Great service from Elliot at Hypop, good range of equipment and knowledgeable staff. I was able to buy the right studio lighting kit with confidence. Bonus was great parking on site so I could put it straight in the boot of the car from the back of the shop. Thanks Elliot!

Purchased Spectrum Ring light over a year ago for our clinic and it worked well. Recently the stand broke so we emailed the company and was very impressed by the prompt response by Irma who replied to our email and sent out a new stand to us on the same day! A well-priced store for a huge range of camera gear. I ordered multiple items online and had them arrive within 5 business days to outback QLD. Irma was very responsive to my questions about items I had ordered. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will gladly shop here again.

Incredible customer service! Irma helped me for more than an hour, walking me through an issue I was having with the wireless flash I bought from the Hypop site last year. Used photos and links and the whole works to help me work out my problem, which was then solved! This is the second time they've helped me in this way.

I have ordered a number of photography gear and props from Hypop over the past year, and have to say: 5 stars on every front. Great collection of products, excellent online shopping experience, very fast service and delivery, and excellent and friendly customer service. Definitely my favorite store to order from (although I am in Melbourne).
