High Street Medical Imaging

I have had the opportunity to vist High Street Imaging on numerous occasions, and feel I need to express my feelings about there services Reception staff and all the people I have had contact with. I find them extremely patient, helpful, courteous and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a place that is willing to be all they expect when needing these services. Thank you all at High Street Imaging.

The staff are absolutely beautiful and friendly and friendly that doctors are so helpful and so patient full and so patient with you I've had an mri a satay scan in a couple tunnel diagnosed it's a couple tunnel diagnosed from there and it acts like no matter what I've done I always kept going back there because I loved this so friendly and I just love him in the air So I just wanna say big thank you to them for being the most supportive people there for someone with someone with special needs they make me feel very welcome

As always the staff are all VERY FRIENDLY and competent. The Technician that did the ultrasound was very professional and communicated very well. Once the problem was identified he recommended the injection straight away rather than the follow up appointment I had for the following day.The doctor that gave the injection was very caring and professional, albeit that he was sporting red horns.Great service around.Cheers

Omg Vinnie is a star ! I've never had such a detailed scan she is an amazing friendly radiologist and I'd recommend everyone to her and this clinic. Give her a pay rise and an Oscar what an asset she is to this place

Ultrasonographers have excellent bedside manner, are very knowledgeable, and helpfull

I have to have 6 monthly MRIs that last over 2 hours each time. I get very anxious and the staff always look after me and are very kind and patient taking the time to talk to me during my scans and also assist in playing music that I enjoy during my scansI wouldn’t go anywhere else !

Nice ppl and the techincal staff are friendly and good at what they do. I shared the x-ray with my brother who is a doctor. He mentioned the xrays were done quiet good.

I experienced excellent service on my last visit for an x-ray. No booking was necessary and I only waited for a few minutes. Impressively, my x-rays were available to view on their app within 2 hours, and the report later the next day.

I had a really good/excellent experience with one of my ultrasounds here. The sonographer was so lovely and compassionate about the fact that I had anxiety due to two miscarriages prior to this pregnancy. I wish I had remembered his name but he put me at ease and was so lovely. I only dropped a star because I had a follow up ultrasound and the lady was less friendly and a bit dismissive like the ultrasound wasn’t really important, despite the fact that I paid for it. And I agree with some of the other reviews, I spoke to one receptionist who was quite cold and abrupt and lacked compassion. That was a bit of a turn off. But my experience with that one sonographer was so good I didn’t want those experiences to dismiss his excellent service. I have another one with them this week which is quite an important one. I hope it’s another good experience.
