Can't compliment the service enough. I have used Mister Minit at different locations but Andrew at North Lakes 2 was extremely professional, efficient and really friendly. I went in to get my watch looked at and not only was it quick and easy for him to do, it was also a lot cheaper than what the jewellery store had quoted. Couldn't fault the service if I tried. Would absolutely recommend this store!

Took my remote keys to be fixed, as it was not working re spring issue.2nd time in 4 months.Basically accuses of opening it and putting blu take in there, as the spring wa in backwards.He fixed still accused me basically if it, considering it was under warranty I told why would I bother.Customer service a zero, no communication skills

On a very busy day I went in to get copy of my car keys. Long story short my car battery went flat on the poor staff member (the covid affect) and after I got someone to come out with a battery the staff member went right back to work. And the keys just wouldn't copy! He was very apologetic (at this point he had spent ages by my car in the hot sun) and then he went through the nearby key places that may be able to help me and how I could get a cheap deal and what could possibly be going wrong with the car. Dude spent ages on my car with me when he could have been doing other jobs, he couldn't get my car to play ball, he didn't make a dime cause of what happened but still sat with me to explain my options and gave advice. Impressive service is not what happens when everything goes smoothly, but how a trained professional responds when things go wrong.

Phenomenal service! We were served by Darcy, who went above and beyond to fix my ongoing key issues. He was able to answer all of our questions and concerns.The whole team was very helpful and kind, highly highly recommend!!
