There are mechanics and then there's Bridgestone Service Centre, Burpengary.A family member recommended this place to us after discovering it on her own when she relocated from interstate a few years ago. Then we followed suit and were so impressed by not only the mechanical work but the customer service, transparency, honesty and integrity. Unlike some mechanics who charge you an arm and a leg and you're left eating instant noodles for two weeks, this place is fair with its pricing. Expect no nasty surprises when you pick up your vehicle; they call you while working on it, if there are other mechanical issues.We booked our old car for a general service but it needed a lot of work. We agreed for them to go ahead with it and what a huge difference! It's like new again and that says a lot because it's more than 20 years-old. We were so impressed, we talked another family member into cancelling her booking with her usual mechanic and bringing her car here.Dave, Paul and the team are terrific. They talk to ladies like they know about mechanics not as if they're clueless, the front desk person is always friendly, helpful and even apologetic if they make you wait five minutes.I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a good mechanic or to change your current one. These guys always do a great job, both with looking after our tyres or with mechanical work. Very honest and thorough.

Got me some hard to find tyres and put them on the car within a day. They also sorted out my alignment problem that the dealer had been fobbing off. Nice guys too.

Went to my mechanic at Yodas for a service and was told i needed 2 front CVs replaced and the 2 front tires replaced before I go back to them for the next service.I went to Bridgestone Burpengary to get this done, they ended up doing it at a good cheep rate, but however as soon as I drove out of Bridgestone after they did the CV, my brakes were making strange sounds that they hadn't made previously, so I took the car back to Bridgestone Burpengary to get this looked at and they told me I need another 2.5grand worth of work done and that there is oil leaks and the brake disc rotors need replacing. I'm confused as to how my service mechanic didn't pick up on this a few months earlier and that the brakes wearn't making this noise before I had the CV replaced by Bridgestone
