Great service by telephone and in house. Brought some jack pads. Same price as on the internet $38 and a whopping $65 in Supercheap! Looked around and the prices on camping stock looked extremely good.

Super helpful. I came in to grab a few parts for my sailboat while we were in Cairns for a week. They helped me find what I needed and directed me to other shops for the things they didn't carry. Too bad everybody doesn't provide service like this.

The store is pretty well stocked and their customer service is decent till you have anything electrical to return even with a receipt will not be accepted. Price wise you will be better off shopping on line for a 40%savings

Pathetic , i ordered a piece for a water pump and said i would wait for them to make there normal order from Johnson pumps to save paying for air freight . They called me two months later to tell me it was in after it had sat there for at least two weeks gathering dust without notifying me it was in, I said i would definitely come down and pick it up in the next two weeks. About eight days later my wife went there to pick it up for me and they had already sold it to some one else. Then they offered to Air Freight another one up straight away. The whole reason for waiting was to save paying Air Freight in the first placea
