Very off handed

I would not take a garment or any other dry cleaning product here ever again. This is the second time I have used their serves to dry clean a dress and I am not happy. The top of the dress is destroyed. The lady would not even admit the dress is completely different from when I dropped it off and then tried to tell me it was the maker of the dress that has used cheep crystals. Then to tell me they spray the shinny silver on the dress after they make it rubbish. The crystals have a silver backing and that is what has been completely removed from what ever treatment they used.Not once did the lady even apologize. The dress in now worth nothing it is completely ruined. But don’t worry, me being a good customer still pain the $80 for the dry cleaning as there was no way that charge was going to be forfeited considering the damage done.This is the worst service and treatment by a business I have ever had, disgraceful is an understatement
