$395 for a seal kit for steering rack LOL are you kidding me.I order direct from Japan for $130 or if your a risk taker you can order for $50 @ Ali Express. From this point onwards I buy online until you change your ways ;)

I turned up at Repco close to closing time after finishing work because my car had failed to start. I got a push start and I thought I may need a new battery. Josh tested my car's 4 year old battery and confirmed my suspicion. I chose the stronger of the 2 batteries available. I work nearby and my situation was unexpected. I was expecting to buy a battery and find my own way home to install the battery myself. Josh searched for some tools in the store and we worked together to install the new battery. It was five minutes after closing time by the time my car got started again. 100% I appreciate that Josh went over and above. Not only that a couple of his colleagues waited around to make sure things were going okay. The lady in the store was also understanding and helpful. One of his colleagues also delved into his personal socket set to help find a socket part to make things easier. Guys, thank you so much. I'm a long term Repco customer from another town, and will definitely return to this store.

We are so lucky to have such a well stocked store here in Townsville. The place is incredibly busy and appears to only have limited staff so sometimes it can take a while to be served or for the phone to be answered, but the staff really know their stuff and are all very helpful. Easily the best stocked auto parts store in the region.

Had to buy there otherwise would have purchased from supacheap. I find Repco prices are more expensive than any other car part dealer around town, and it's always a long wait to be served in store.

Nicole at the Garbutt Repco is an absolute superstar. After being told by a number of different stores, including Toyota parts, that the part no longer existed, Nicole was able to get the NippoDenso part number and track it down, and then even found one on the shelf! She totally embodies the Repco spirit and is why I always go back there.

Does this place want business? Some of the worst customer service I have ever had. Avoid repco in the North, better options or order from the competent repco stores & people down south.
