Would give 0 stars if possible. Rob is very unreliable. He said he would come install a door in January, we never heard from him. He didn't call us, we had to call him to follow up in February, even though we had already paid in full. He then said he would come on Thursday or Friday, but again didn't show up or call. We called him again and he said Tuesday 12.30-1. He showed up at 2.20. My partner was the only one home at the time, and had to go pick up our son from school. While he was away, Rob let himself into our home and wandered around (all caught on camera). My partner phoned him from the school and told him to get out of the house and leave before he returned. He claimed to be looking for the toilet but was clearly snooping. The police were called but he was not charged as he didn't steal anything. Would definitely NOT recommend!!

We had new aluminum fly screens installed for the whole house just before Christmas. Rob was so professional and the work was excellent. Rob is a no fuss guy, and it was a really great price for a quality product. I would not hesitate to recommend Valley Security to anyone who wants a great job done at a fair price.

We recently had 5 security screen doors installed. Rob the owner-operator, was straight to the point with just the facts and no hard sell sales pitch right from the start. We felt comfortable we would get a great product and be provided great service because Rob was very passionate about quality and mentioned he had been in the industry for many years.Our doors were installed in a shorter time frame than expected and we are 100% happy with our choice of door and the service that Rob has provided from the start. I had a front security screen door installed by Rob the owner-operator. On first contact he advised me if I was shopping for price only, other companies could offer a cheaper product, but I liked the guy's attitude: fair dinkum and an old fashioned no bull approach. No sales pitch, just the facts. Rob supplied and fitted the door and I am 100% happy with his service, price and the product, a Prowler Proof security door. Would I use Valley Security Doors & Screens next time? Absolutely, because the product is a high quality door, and Rob delivered exactly as requested, on time.

I cannot recommend Rob highly enough! Prompt and reliable and made my elderly aunt feel safer in her home, providing security doors for both front and back doors at a reasonable price.

Rude customer service and zero work efficiency.No show up or notice on quote appointment. Called Rob again and got a response that he completely lost my appointment and contact details...Well, he did come and do the measurements in the end. However, 2 weeks passed, I am still waiting to receive my quote which he promised to send through to my email...If he doesn't want to take my order, better say it at first, not wasting so much of our time.

Called Valley Security Doors and Screens to request help with an issue with our security doors. He was unable to help but spent quite some time explaining things to me and offered a suggestion of a company that could help me. The recommendation was perfect and I am able to ( with parts provided by the recommended company) sort the issue myself. I am so grateful he took the time to help me rather than just fobbing me off or using the opportunity to milk money from me like others might have! Thank you Rob you’re a life saver!
