So happy I rang Ferguson’s. I had rang so many places in Geelong for a cake, prices ranged from $195-$280 for A VERY BASIC CAKE. Thank you Ferguson’s for keeping it real. Lovely staff member made my day. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Place was pretty much empty other than two other people, placed my coffee order after 15 mins of watching the girls laughing and talking I approached the counter and the girl quickly started making my drink. Won't be back!

Couldn't have been happier with the service from one of the ladies working their called `ryleigh`. she had a big smile on her face and was very friendly. The food there was amazing. A little pricey but the wonderful young lady made it worth it. Very happy with my experience.

Simple bungle of phone order for a birthday cake. Sure the cake I ordered was cheaper than the one I wanted but it was a basic readily available cake. The reason I rang and ordered days in advance was because the cake I ordered required 2 days notice. The cake I had was nice enough however it was not what I ordered, expected or preferred.

Absolutely disgusting customer service! I’ve never been made to feel more of an inconvenience in my life. Came in shortly before closing and the 4 staff were cleaning up and each one of them were so rude! I walked out without buying anything and will not go back to that store (Waurn Ponds!)

Great staff. Awesome coffee. I can't comment on the sweets because I'm diabetic but they look wicked. I'm always tempted to break my fast.
