Bought a car from Matt’s licensed dealership. This was a really easy experience & he’s a genuinely good bloke. I would definitely recommend going though Matt for any of his services - he goes above and beyond to help you with whatever you may need, and there’s certainly a lot more trust involved than your typical dealer. We are so grateful for Matt’s assistance in getting us back on the road quickly, as well as the extra hospitality and helping hand that he extended to us.

As a single female there have been times where I’ve felt intimidated and slightly anxious when having to take my car to a mechanical shop. But from the moment of contact with Kass at this business I was made to feel comfortable and guided through the whole process of repairing my car.The mechanics are professional and I was more than pleased with the quote received compared to other local workshops.The complex job was completed quickly and I would highly recommend this business for any car repair.

Fantastic customer service and liaising with Kas was an absolute pleasure. A no fuss process - we were booked in the first available time and our car was fixed much earlier than expected. A bonus was receiving one of the Australian Mechanical cars to use for the day. Would certainly recommend and use their services again!

The business manager Kassandra was highly knowledgeable and has exceptional customer service of which I've never experienced from a mechanical workshop previously. They're transparent and fair on pricing and the team fixed my problem quickly. Strongly recommended.

I bought a car from Matt for my 3 sons two weeks ago. From start to finish the process was seamless. I’ve never trusted a person I bought a car from more, the car was in exceptional condition, one owner and serviced at the shop for many years prior to sale. He was honest and helpful throughout the whole process. We live an hour away from the shop however will be bringing all our family cars here for services moving forward. It’s very rare to find such a gem of a mechanical shop with what is clearly a dedicated and knowledgeable team of people.Thank you all .. so glad we found you !

We are very happy with the service we received. We purchased a car through this business, and we're so happy with the quality of the vehicle. The process was really easy, they did all the work for us so we were able to take our new car home straight away. The vehicle came with a 3yr warranty and the bonus is they can service the vehicle as well.

First time customer here and where can I even start. I never leave reviews for a company unless I’m literally gobsmacked. This team has gone above and beyond for me. Kas has the best customer service I’ve ever seen. The fellas in the workshop worked their magic on my tragic mess. I literally can’t express how grateful I am to to this team.
