Left work early yesterday to pick out Bathroom, Kitchen, Laundry & powder room items. We looked around the Kotara store for a good 10 minutes without anyone asking if we needed help (we were the only customers). I had to approach the staff sitting at there desks for help, they just couldn't be bothered. Half hearted attitudes. If you don't like your job leave like we left your store, empty handed and wont be back.

Customer Service non-existent. Walked around the entire showroom, I was the only person in the store and the girl at the desk didn’t even so much as acknowledge my presence. Shame because I’m just about to start a whole house renovation. Your products may get people in the door but this kind of service will see them heading right back out and to another supplier.
