Only time will tell; well I must say that UB Cool have exceeded my expectations. Very helpful and when the parts arrived they were straight onto the repair. AC all good now. Highly recommend this company.

By far the worst company I have used. Disgusting customer service by the owner, Steve, and even worse treatment of women. I will never support this behaviour, there are far better local businesses worthy of my business. It's not worth the hassle, they are nice to your face when you're spending money, but completely different when it comes to after-sales 'service'. The owner has become far too arrogant for his own good, and openly refuses to come out to warranty jobs because he doesn't need the business"

My husband called this company as the warranty agent for Mitsubishi air cons and the lady straight out said she won’t service us because she’s too busy. She wouldn’t even try to find a time within the next 2, 3, 6 months. Worst customer service for initial enquiry ever. Extremely rude.

My family spoke to Steve, Niwash emailed a quote on Tuesday, was competitively priced, installed and running by Friday 1130am. Installers cleaned up after themselves! So good they took all the old parts including the remote and holder which I had wanted to keep but forget to tell them! Otherwise, will definitely use them again! Thanks!
