Australia Post - Punchbowl LPO

One star is even too deserving for such rubbish service!!! After waiting over an hour for something I was told could be done the gentleman pretended his system wasn’t working to avoid processing my request but had absolutely no issue servicing the guy infront of me for over an hour!!!! I had urgent documents that needed to be actioned instead of taking the time to resolve my matter he completely brushed me off what disgusting service! Save yourself the headache and avoid this post office at all costs they only seem to cater to Arab men and service them completely but come to a woman completely brushed off!!! So disgusting!!!!

They're a small post office but they do the best they can to catter as efficiently as possible.Came to get me and my wife's passports renewed, even though we were outside appointment times and it was just before closing, they still saw us and processed everything.

Excellent service and efficient staffs always go extra mile to give their best shot. Never upset even if you don't have an appointment for things like citizenship application lodgement or any other stuff where you need so. More than happy to help out with a smile in their face. I recommend anyone visit there and can assure to have fully content service.

The old man at the counter is extremely rude! He threw the collecting card I gave him for my parcel back to me and shouted ID ID again and again and wouldn’t listen to anything I was saying. Even later after showing him my ID he was acting like he’s doing me a favor by giving me my parcel. There was no reason to be so disrespectful. This place needs to be scrutinized.

Appalling customer service by the man working there. He was very unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. I had a parcel to deliver which the company sent an email that advises they will pay for the packaging and posting (which shows when they scan the barcode)The man working at the post office was adamant about me having to pay for the packaging and was reluctant to assist any further.The lady manager was much more helpful and sorted it all out for me.I went there another time because I had a form to post. The lady who served me said “we don’t have any envelopes, you need to buy a full pack”. Terrible service. What kind of a post office doesn’t sell individual envelopes. I’m just posting ONE form. Definitely deserves negative stars

Worse service , staff is extremely rude. THEY SHOULD IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE . I really dont understand how this place with rude people still exist.that old MAN and lady were so rude. Management should take these feedback seriously.

Bad customers service. I came to pick up Parcel. I show the staff the email. The staff said: ID , ID , when , when with loud voice. Very rude, feel very mistreated. The staff is the old man.

I don't know how this place still exists. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have never seen anyone leave that place in a good mood. Couldn't they find anyone else other than the Grinch to manage that place? It takes 30 minutes to be served every single time and each time I am served they come up with a new excuse to charge me extra fees. Not happy at all, if I could give this place 0 stars I would do it gladly.
