Carl and Tanya are both very friendly and professional! They are honest, reliable and efficient! After the first time of taking my car to Carl I haven't been to any other mechanic! Terrible customer service. They try and scam you and when you question them they swear and yell at you. After learning the hard way I did what I should of done in the first place and asked for a FB recommendations of a good mechanic. Several people suggested a good mechanics and also offered the advice to steer clear of 100% automotive, I guess these guys have the worst reputation in Nowra.
