Wynstan - Blinds Doors Shutters Awnings

I ordered a custom size security screen door from Wynstan Engadine. The whole experience from the quoting process to the installation was very positive. Door were manufactured quickly, Paul came over to deliver and install. The installation was done professionally, Paul was skilled and friendly and left the place spotless. I would recommend Wynstan Engadine and Paul to anyone.

Wynstan with a why? As in why did we bother? Starting from the sales rep who measured our doors wrong, then forgot to mention how long the wait was before we placed our order. Then the store couldn't return phone calls or stick to the same story as to the whereabouts of our screen doors and flyscreens. Then staying home all day to find the installer was never coming and no-one knew about the booking. When he did return the second time, with our screens and the correct size doors, he did a great job. 14 weeks for 3 flyscreens and a double screen door, with no feedback to the customer, never again.

Our Installer Steve - of our roller blinds, Crimsafe doors and WynMotion system was excellent and exceeded all expectations during the install and our questions later. Very pleasant to deal with.

I had a great experience with Wynstan. Communicate with the store was great. Steve installed the blinds quickly and efficiently. He tidied up after himself with the vacuum. I recommend using Wynstan and having Steve install the blinds!

I could not be more disappointed in wynstan. I ordered my blind 3 months ago now and it still haven’t been installed. They still hadn’t even sent the order to be made after over 3 weeks. Then the installer came to install the blind and they had made a mistake with the measurements so we were told the week after we would have it installed once it was fixed. 2 weeks after that we called as we had still not heard anything and we were told it had been made wrong again so wasn’t able to be installed. We were beyond patient but 2 weeks after this we received another call and apparently the blind had not passed quality checks so wasn’t able to be installer yet again. Called yet again to find out when it would be installed and was told that the blind wouldn’t be able to be installed till at least end of next week. All we have received from this is “warranty” for the blind, despite the number of mistakes from their end. Will be making a complaint to consumer affairs as this is beyond ridiculous.

Steve was amazing. He was efficient, polite and obviously talented-he knows his stuff. Thanks Steve. I am thankful for the security doors, flyscreens, under house security and Venetian blinds-I think this summer will be a more pleasant one with no flies and a beautiful breeze through the new security door.
