I had a very unique situation where we had to demonstrate it was safe for me to use a wheelchair roller for exercise to the NDIS. No company or facility had one available for trial in NSW. The staff here went out of their way to assist my physiotherapist and I come up with more than one solution during the hour or more we were there. I also purchase tyres and tubes for my wheelchair through them. Highly recommend trying this store. Thanks heaps guys it was greatly appreciated.

Purchased a tri wetsuit through their online shop. While I was unlucky enough to have a faulty wetsuit (manufacturer defect), they made up for it with excellent customer service - replacing the items quickly and with no awkward questions. Would highly recommend.

Stu and the guys were amazing.We were doing some cycle touring and had a few problems that needed fixing. The team were friendly and helpful and did a great job getting the bikes running like new in the space of an afternoon. The price was great. Definitely the best choice of bike shop in town if your touring/bike packing. Thanks again guys!

These guys are awesome. I've been in and out of bike shops for the best part of 30 years and never again. Having bought a new Cervelo through Ultimate (sight unseen) requiring a level of trust from the team there - they couldnt have done more for me. Pics of the build, and after-sales service which has been next level. Next day mail-order products (from small to large) and from people who know their stuff and understand your goals. Great service, communication and knowledge from the staff. Daniel was particularly helpful. My Focus ebike was available less than 2 weeks from order. Well worth the drive from Canberra to deal with these guys.
