A place I can trust for all my beauty needs. Been coming here for years have dealt with Jo and Natalie which are amazing. Recently dealt with Noi ( hope I spelt that right) for my manicure and she was exceptional.

I was really disappointed in my make up,I had a 14 year old school girl (owners niece) with no professional experience doing my makeup for my nephew’s wedding & getting charged the full price of $95!!Is this legal????She used cheap brands & did not use age appropriate make up, I am 52 years, my fine lines was already setting in & I was still on the chair. I express my hatred ( yes strong word) & only then Mary took over & tried unsuccessfully to correct my make up.Making things worse, I was advised it would take approx. 45 to 1 hour, it took 1hr & 30 Min. I missed out on having a professional morning photo with my nephew as I was too late!If I had known the person who will be doing my makeup was only 14 years old, I definitely wouldn’t have booked them.Full disclosure was not provided.Just wanted the money & didn’t care on the outcome.Will never return!!

i had my nails done by Noi today i am beyond happy with now they turned out they look amazing. She was so so helpful and very polite best customer service!!

I have been coming here for a couple of years now. The staff have been amazing every time I visit. Noi is fantastic at her nail work and eyelash extensions. Mary does a very great facial - relaxing and professional! Can’t wait for the weather to heat up for that Tuscan tan by Nat!You won’t be disappointed by coming to see the ladies here!

I have been a loyal client ever since they have opened up from 12 years ago. I just love Mary's facial/skin treatments and Noi's eyelash extension; they are both the best. Staff are very friendly and helpful too. I highly recommend Spa Beautique, 5 stars from me A+++++ !!!

Top notch service. Very clean! Love that they are not rushing doing my nails so they can go to the next customer. Extremely attentive to your needs. Finally found my nail salon!

Weren’t ready for half a hour after my appointment started, Put nails on crooked twice, burned my skin with Sns gel, cut them too short. We’re rudeDidn’t have eftpos and told me at the endEnded up picking a horrible color just so I could leave disgusting

Quality of the nails was really poor, and the service was terrible. The manager and her daughter kept arguing in front of customers and then the manager and the nail tech were arguing. I overheard that the main nail tech got double booked as well. I was also told I would pay $65 but ended up being charged $90. If I knew how much it was actually going to be I would have just gone to the salon across from them as they were cheaper.

I had my first appointment here yesterday and had Dimmie do my nails. She was so thorough, professional and lovely to chat too. She recommended me SNS as I had previously been having shellac elsewhere - I was always told at other places I couldn’t have sns because my nails are short, however with her amazing skills, she told me I could do it! She’s amazing on the drill too, I always have been scared of having a drill used, because I’ve been nipped in the past, but she was incredible and so gentle! Very happy with the results. Can’t wait to come back for a pedicure next week!
