I am a lady concrete painter who works hard and I felt stuck in a rut and had a diagnosis of arthritis through my body. I was tired of being in pain and wasn't going to take painkillers for the rest of my life. Helen has fixed my pain and other issues, allowed my body and mind to become aligned again and I say you may not understand how it works but it does. Do your own research if you feel sceptical. I think she should be called Magic Hands Helen.

I have been going to Helen for nearly 12 months now and the experience has been eye opening to say the least. I have tried a lot of things from deep tissue massages to chiropractors and have had no relief, after going to Helen I am equiped with tools I didn’t have before that have allowed me to notice and control changes to both my mind and body.I Highly recommend Helen and encourage you to trust the process.

I have experienced Bowen Therapy here and found it to be totally relaxing . The nagging pain in my lower back was relieved after the first session and then on my second treatment a week later I noticed the pain had gone. I followed the suggestions given to walk a little each day and hydrate with more water...I am very happy with these results thank you .
