Young girl was snarky and rude. I had ordered two slushies for my children. I was given one small, one large. When I questioned this, the girl told me that's what you ordered. I stated I wasn't asked what size and I thought slushies were all large? When she took the small away to fix the problem she just poured the small into a large cup, this was obvious to my children. May not seem a big deal to snarky young girl. I hope the manager sees this and gives her a lesson on customer service.

Absolutely disgusting service. Sat in drive thru speaker, for 10 mins. Went to window to order. No one there. Drive to next window leaned out my car and knocked on window. Nothing!!! Then checker shirt says he has someone In The booth taking orders!! Not mine I said. Clown did not believe me. I said check cameras, you will see me waving at you. Never again!!!! Always parked always cold!!! If I didn’t look after children that want this ah!t. I would never be near the place. Pick up your act. Oh and don’t expect to get compensated hahahaha

Absolutely terrible experience, waited about 10 minutes in drive thru line, only to get to the order speaker box and wait another 10 minutes to have our order taken after being told by the worker she “won’t be a moment” 3 times. All other cars had gone so we paid quickly, then had to wait another 5 minutes for our food at the last window.

absolutely flabbergasted. disgraceful service and extremely rude. waited in the drive through like for so long just to get to the speaker box and be told to pay for water.WATER! Now i understand the company needs to make money but no mcdonald’s has ever charged for water. when getting to the window to pay we were one rudly nagged while transferring money. We decide to just go in after that and asked for our order again while the server didn’t even listen to our order because it was completely wrong.

Consistently get orders wrong. They have gotten my last 3 order wrong in drive thru. People taking orders missing items, last meal they forgot to add an entire breakfast meal. Meal before that they forgot fries, meal before that they got the size wrong. This time I have at took the financial loss and drive away in total disbelief and frustration. The staff here are the least competent in the entire sunshine coast.

Used the Bribie Island drive through. The burger and chips were quickly served BUT not hot but barely warm. As I was staving I didn't complain. Next time I visit I will complain if it happens again.

Longest waits I have ever experienced at any drive-through. And they're not even that busy. Of the two intercoms only ever one is operated at the time as well. Most times, I order ahead and often still have to wait in the bay for the items to be prepared. And that's Frappès and Sundays were talking. Nor even anything particular.
