The staff member who assisted me was amazing, she understood my desire for a light coverage makeup as I like a more natural look. As someone who’s makeup knowledge is minimal, I find shopping for makeup very daunting. The staff member made me feel very comfortable with her, and her colour matching was on point! She also didn’t try to recommend things I wouldn’t need or use.

Teddy was so helpful and lovely the whole time, she made sure i was getting the best experience, she walked around with me for ages trying to find what i like 10/10 recommend asking for teddy when going in!!!

Hello! I just popped into the Charlestown store and had the best experience ever! The beautiful DJ, approached me shortly after I entered and had the most positive vibrant but calm energy and offered me any assistance (I didn’t need it) but DJ assured me that they were close by if I needed anything at all. The girls at the front counter were also incredible (Briana B and Megan C) I cannot express how beautiful this shopping experience was. I can already tell that this new team and energy is exactly what was needed here in Newcastle! So so impressed. I left feeling so positive, which I personally really needed. So thanks team Charlestown. You’re amazing!

Was very happy to be served by (if memory serves) Meg today. I am hoping that is her name as she deserves a mention and a compliment! As I am new to makeup she made me feel very comfortable and helped me with foundation matching, everyone was very warm and welcoming and i will be coming back!

I can’t remember the lady’s name that helped me today but she was super nice and so helpful with what I wanted. I asked for a tinted moisturiser and she took me over to the fenty beauty section where she did a skin tone match on me and turned out absolutely amazing. From what I know about fenty beauty tinted moisturiser, which was that it was great for oily/combo skin which I have so she must have observed my skin and knew exactly what I needed. Will definitely be back..
