After sales service is some of the worst I’ve ever seen, took a nail gun in for repair last may. They had it for 7 months and all they ever did was pull it apart and lose parts so now my $700 gun is unfixable. Gave me every excuse under the Sun when I rang, always talked to someone different and never any follow up. Ended up going to pick it up just so they didn’t keep it and they tried to tell me they lost it.

Experienced a confusing situation where I was charged more than the agreed upon price. This was rectified quickly and proffessionaly and resulted in a great deal for us.Very happy.Highly recommended.

What an absolute joke young dude going off at us after being told we were right and then yelling Jesus Christ loud enough that we could hear it in the carpark great work we will be taking our commercial business elsewhere. What a disgrace in a small town!!!!

It was recommended to try this store from several people due to the exceptional customer service received by Aaron Sergi. He is always professional and provides care and attention to detail when assisting his customers. He has extensive knowledge in all departments and is always happy to help which is rare to experience in this day and age. I would recommend anyone to go in and ask for Aaron personally for any tool needs.

Joshua was very helpful and knowledgeable with our questions about the generator we ended up purchasing from this store. He also had great information on the uhf issues we are currently experiencing with our new GME unit. Would highly recommend this store as they have very friendly and attentive staff. We couldn't remember his name when we went back the next day to purchase the generator, but Aaron was able to help us out when we described Josh. Great service and competitive prices!

Sign was advertised as 299 and when we went the counter it was priced at 420 they wouldn't change the price to what was advertised on the sign very poor service from the two team members that served myself and I won't come back. Tristan and Joel were the team members who served us. Based on this would give less then 1 star.

Placed a click and collect order, waited a few days for it to arrive, received no email so went in store to see if it was available. Told by staff they had some in stock but couldn’t give me any of it as it had to be ordered in all together.Waiting multiple weeks for it to arrive, no communication from them at all. Visited the store again to be told it was still going to weeks away. Pretty average for some very basic tools
