Amazing staff, thank you so much ! The staff who attended to us was a wonderful young man (he is a gem), he gave excellent recommendations and ideas, and helped us select what's required and not duplicating a purchase. Without his advice, my son would have simply bought two microphones (while he only needed one) ! Thank you and keep up the great work !And I must also thank the Dandenong team for returning my call and helped to ensure we got the studio set that we wanted from Ringwood.

Very disappointed in service. Went to store for a guitar, on Tuesday, which apparently had 1 in stock. This could not be located. Ordered 1 in from another store. Received phone call to say it was in. This could not be located when I went to collect it. An offer to order it in again was frustrating as it was to be a birthday present for my grandson's birthday tomorrow. Do not wish to drive all around Melbourne for a similar outcome. A total waste of my day

Bought a electric guitar and there was a discount for it. Staff was very helpful and patient when I had issue placing an order online. Hold the line and guide me thru the purchase over the phone and charge to credit card. Yet to test the guitar.

I purchased a Shure headset mic and Nick and his team were so helpful. I rang a couple of times to see if it was there through my excitement not their delay. They were so friendly and helpful and did not make me feel like a pain at all lol Thanks guys
