Being a pensioner I was nervous about going into the Telstra shop in Warwick to ask about joining Telstra but as as soon as I entered the shop I was created but a very nice young man he put me at ease straight away he was extremely helpful he advised me on the plan that was best for me he explained everything to me step by step I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience I will certainly go back to this young man if I need any advice in the future . He is an asset to the company and I would recommend him to anyone

Best customer service that I've seen in a long time. They should be proud of what they achieve there at the Warwick store especially compared to other locations around QLD.

The ability to provide prompt customer service, even for small problems, has been taken out of their hands by the need to make an appointment for everything

Waste of time. Called before I drove an hour to make sure they had stock available. Was specifically told they had stock and there would be stock when I arrived.Once I arrived I was told I had to wait to be served (which was expected) ended up waiting 2 hours to be served to then find out they never had the stock I called about.Huge waste of time. Train your staff on customer service and stock levels.

Excellent service from Chelsea! Helped me pick out my new plan and phone as well as explaining everything i needed to know! She was a bubbly lovely young lady! Thanks Chelsea! ☺️

worst mobile and service provider in AUS. Had multiple overcharging problems and issues with telstra in general and the lack of help was tuff. when going in store to multiple locations to try and fix the issues i was told multiple different things by the staff in store and the online team and took what seemed to be forever to be resolve an issue that could have been resolved in minutes if they knew what they were talking about. telstra is just a money grab that won’t help you with any issues. go elsewhere. (also prices of everything are way too expensive just go to any other mobile and service provider and i guarantee they’ll be much more helpful at a cheaper cost.
