Temple Pilates Studio
Vanessa is a very gifted instructor. She is patient, energetic and kind. She has successfully helped me rehabilitate from a sciatic nerve issue where I was struggling to get up from a chair without pain to now being completely pain free through strength building of the other supportive muscles around it. Her setting in her home is private, comfortable and calming. Don't hesitate to book with her.

Temple Pilates Studio
Vanessa is a great pilates coach and her studio has all the equipment needed. I've seem significant improvements over the last 12 months in my core strength and general wellbeing which has helped me with my hiking, being able to carry heavier loads and get more enjoyment from hiking and from day to day activities.
