Numerous times I have been to this location, both to fill up petrol and purchase tobacco, not only I have been in numerous vehicles, with a mask and without. Today I was asked to remove my mask directly in front of your elderly male staff. I asked him if he realized that he could give me Covid to which he replied I don't have it" Are people supposed to just go by word of mouth now? Your staff want to give me Covid or something? Do you realize how extremely dangerous that is to my health? 60 thousand active Covid cases outside in public and I cannot get vaccinated which leaves me taking extreme measures to protect my health. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Pathetic!!"

Have been going to this petrol station for 3 years and always greeted with smile and hello from John. He is always friendly and helpful. We need more people like him.

Soo rude.. wait at the door to be let in and get completely ignored. As a female needing Panadol at 2.30am it’s not nice to be let standing outside where it’s unsafe.. I will never stop here again. Staff need to do better

Waited more then 15 minutes for someone to come and open the door for me to pre pay . When I asked him why they don’t have a door bell, he replied it’s how it is. He told me he was working out the back and need to get his things done. I get it but you need to train your stuff about how to talk to customers. Customer service 0 out of 1000.Ps: I also called the store 2 times with no luck.

The man asked to pay everyone first before fuelling, which caused a long queue and wasted everyone’s time. An unusual customer service. Very unsatisfied as few others who were at the station.

Cannot recommend John enough, he was super friendly and helpful. I wish we had more people like him!
