Tindale Dental Centre

This is a truly outstanding family dental practice, Dr Chris has helped me through a very difficult time, he is a compassionate man and does not make judgment, the best dentist in the world in my opinion, the rest of the team are also great. I had a dental issue and unfortunately Chris was all booked out and I was in pain and the lovely Erin from reception kindly gave me her appointment this is unheard of and very much appreciated. Staff genuinely care and are very welcoming, highly recommend.

Horrible receptionist. My mother recently attended and upon querying the invoice, was abused by this aggressive receptionist. Wouldn’t get the dentist to have conversation about the charges. Disgraceful woman.

I stopped going to Tindale dental earlier this year only because of certain receptionists who were very rude and abrupt when making appointments..The dentists were good but some of the office staff need a lesson in common courtesy and customer service.. I spent a lot of money in dental work there only to be spoken down to on the phone by rude receptionists..

The dentist Nick Teo is the best. I have been going to him for a long time and he and his assistant are always polite and understanding. Always helping out with any questions, queries or concerns. Staff is also great.

I have been going here for many years. I rang today to make an appointment for my elderly mother, who advised me she had a broken tooth, and because I hadn't physically seen the broken tooth they outright refused to make an appointment. They were quite rude stating that she had been there twice before about her denture and they did nothing for her so they can't help now. I know elderly people can be difficult but they should understand that being in a position of service. It is not like they didn't get paid for their time. I was quite distressed by their treatment of me and their refusal to assist my mother. I will not be going back there as they have shown their true colours to me and it is very very disappointing.

Yesterday I had Sedation for my dental work, the whole procedure was excellent. I didn’t feel anything. Simply amazing. I want to share how great my team were.Many thanks to the Anaesthetist, Dr. R. Vassiliadis, amazing. Dr. E. Bond and the nurse helping, you guys are the BEST. You are all so kind, professional and show understanding for us who experience anxiety visiting the dentist.ThankyouCassy

I highly recommend Dr Chris Contreras as a sensitive, kind, thorough and child-friendly dental professional. My two girls have had severe teeth issues which he has carefully managed over these years. The girls look forward to seeing him without fear, and he always spends quality time giving them important feedback about their dental routines. Thank you Dr Chris.

Yesterday was my first clean & check-up at Tindale Dental Centre and it was AMAZING! The dentist and dental nurse made me feel welcome and comfortable, the receptionists were professional and helpful; I was in and out within 40 minutes. I was seen at my appointment time with no long waits. Payment was discussed before my first appointment so I had a clear expectation of cost. Thank you Tindale Dental team!
