Oceanview Kiama Luxury Coastal Accommodation

View of a construction site and the work men stare inside the unit as soon as you open the blinds. The property manager unlawfully charged us an additional $95 for cleaning when we left the unit in a good condition. Total $180 in cleaning costs. The property manager is untrustworthy so watch your credit card!

The apartment was beautifully furnished with a real boho vibe. It was immaculately clean and had everything you might need for a short stay. Check in process was absolutely seamless. Couldn’t fault the place at all.

We booked for a full week starting late October well prior to the Sydney lockdown. When we finally were able to go, we had to start on 1 November. Valerie found an extra day to tack onto the days we had left, making 4 in a row, and then found another block for the remaining 3 days 2 weeks later. so although disjointed, we managed to get two holidays. Position is superb - looking down over the surf beach from our balcony. Although on the ground floor, it was several feet above street level, so we could sit in privacy on the balcony to have a meal, looking out, but no one could see in. It was also well protected from the winds.The main room and the bedroom were a fresh, modern design. The main living room was quite spacious. Bedroom and bathroom were more compact but still well decorated. A well supplied set of kitchenware for those who like to cook - we ate out or had takeaway watching the waves roll in.After our first stay, I commented to Valerie that the only thing that didn't work for me were some of the decorations - I carry 2 sets of keys, glasses, wallet and watch, which I want to put on my bedside table but needed to shift so I could fit them. No big thing. But when we came back for our second stay, those minor things had been removed. Perfect customer service - Valerie was terrific for the whole trip(s)

I can not recommend Oceanview anymore highly. Valerie was so accomodating and very responsive and made me feel very comfortable leaving my parents in this beautiful apartment. I had to help my parents check in as they are older and not so tech savvy and when I walked into this apartment I was wowed and jealous that I was not staying here! The interior was so beautiful and definitely felt like an ocean view apartment. The apartment is even more beautiful than the photos and very spacious. Very close walk to shops and beach at your doorstep.Thank you Valerie and look forward to staying with you again very soon.Dee xx

Oceanview Kiama Luxury Coastal Accommodation is in a fantastic location and just a short walk to everything.A very relaxing place to stay, nice views of Surf Beach from the balcony. The apartment has plenty of space in the living room, and included a small kitchenette with all the essentials.The bedroom is lovely with a comfortable queen bed and good sized wardrobe. Bathroom a little tiny (loved the hand wash!) however the shower is a generous size.Highly recommend this as a great place to stay, very stylishly decorated. Secure parking underneath the building and easy access. So glad we finally got to stay here after having to change our dates a couple of times. Thanks for being so understanding.

We loved our stay at Valerie's apartment. We caught the train down from Sydney and it was a short walk from Kiama train station to the apartment. Valerie was kind enough to check if the apartment was ready earlier than previously arranged and we were able to enter an hour earlier which saved us lugging our bags around while we waited.The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed over the course of our 3 nights. It was exactly as described on the website and in advertising.The location really is fantastic. One day we caught the train to Minnamurra and walked back to Kiama along the coast. Other days we went for shorter walks closed to Kiama. It was great to be able to get away without having a car.Thanks so much. Hopefully we will get back to Kiama (and this apartment!) one day!

Oceanview Kiama is a gorgeous apartment. Just a short walk to the local cafe and shops!The decor was beautiful and the service was outstanding, above all expectations. We will definitely be revisiting.Thank you :D

Highly recommend staying at Oceanview Kiama Luxury Coastal Accommodation. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing stay. The main bed was so comfy and our guest staying on the sofa bed said this was very comfy too.The unit was exactly as described, very spacious and nicely decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the verandah taking in the views of surf beach - very relaxing! It was great to park our car in the underground car park and walk everywhere from the unit. We took the option of ordering the grazing plate - the food in this was delish! The owner communicated exceptionally to us throughout our stay which made us feel at ease. Everything was perfect. Oceanview apartment is in an ideal location, being only a few minutes walk from the sandy Kendall’s beach, the blowhole and harbour, and the Main Street of Kiama. Yet it is tucked away in a quiet street without through traffic. There are extensive views to the south of beach, sea and escarpment beyond. Reserved parking is underground and secure. Access is by key pad code, so there are no keys to carry round or lose. The apartment is modern, clean, tastefully decorated with lots of individual touches, and very comfortable. The lighting was excellent. The kitchen area is modern, if a little confined. There is a well provisioned bathroom with an excellent shower. The bed was very comfortable. We found it excellent value for money, and you really couldn’t be in a better location to enjoy all the delights of Kiama.
