My skin is quite sensitive, thus I went over to this saloon in Dandenong plaza.Nav did my eyebrows, and I want to specifically highlight her excellent customer service and behavior towards me. She is highly professional, making it a great experience.

Very pleasant experience with Nev, very happy with cut, exactly what I had requested for, took her time even though the salon was busy. Highly recommend

I went for a facial service and had a very good service by Nav. She did aa amazing job and I felt so relaxed and refreshed after the job. I recommend this service.

I got my face waxing and threading done and while I am regular customer here, it was the first time that I was served by Nav and I was extremely happy with the service. She was very professional, respectful and did not rush even though the salon was approaching to it's closing time. I would highly recommend her!!

Harsh did a great job on my hair as always. i have very sensitive hair and they stick together easily but he is so patient with them. Highly recommended

Gave me the worst haircut I've had in my life. Thought I'd go in for a quick TRIM (literally just the ends) of my almost-shoulder length curly hair. Was gonna go elsewhere in the Plaza, but this place had better reviews. Hairdresser must've been new cause she was asking the other one for advice, starting with whether she had to wet my hair first or not. I'm honestly fine that she was still learning, but she finished my cut with one side longer than the other and didn't notice until I pointed it out.The second lady, told her to leave it so she could 'fix it', but she was busy with a dye-job, so a third came in and made it even. This one left me with the great quote It looks so short because it's wet". Now

I’m a regular customer for this place.I use to get service from Nav regularly.(facial treatments)However today I had a bad experience.They have been taking too many appointments at the same time which they work in rush. The amount I paid ($70) not value for the service. The facial was not done accordingly.Didn’t do proper scrubbing,Did not steam properly, didn’t remove any whiteheads or blackheads.Didn’t apply mask.Pretty much applying some cream to my face and massage.It’s bit disappointing.Lama was trying to rush Nav talking in different language and Nev was very stressed and she was telling “we are very busy. My next client is waiting. etc”This is not acceptable. As a client I need my service according to the dollar figure I paid.However, it’s a waste of money.That I did not get the proper service.Not recommended this place for a facial treatments.

I visited for eyebrow threading. After having my right eyebrow threaded, the lady asked if she could wax a little on my left eyebrow, I said ok. Big mistake. The lady waxed a big chunk of my eyebrow off. I am very disappointed and won’t be coming back.

I just go to this place for the very kind and beautifulhairdresser her name is LAMA she is so professional with her work especially foils and colouring and she is very nice for everyone else. She always do my hair and my kids cuttingI recommend this place for everyone with good staff and great service
