Called in to pickup a replacement battery for a 23 year old Magna. Assisted by very helpful assistant who sorted the correct battery for the car with the minimum of fuss. As a bonus pointed to a brand that was on sale and so saved me $50... Offered to fit it as well. Sadly I didn't have the car with me but it was nice to get the offer. One very happy customer.

I love this store,it has everything I want and if I have any questions the manager Russia, has all the answers, She is professional and knowledgeable and a female..go girl!!Most of the other staff are pretty good, but could brush up on their customer service skills.

There are 293 Google reviews, mine makes 294 none responded to by management. Shows a lack of care?On attending Brookvale last Saturday found one attendant who was able to direct me to my product on walking back to pay observed 3 young staff one eating a sandwich offering no assistance to any customers. On one person at the cash register Brendan actually doing any work?

The windscreen wipers on my car were unable to clean my windscreen using my washers. I explained the problem to a Supercheap sales assistant. He inspected my windscreen wipers, then advised I needed them replaced and advised which ones to purchase and promptly fitted them to my car. I now can see clearly through my windscreen thanks to the kind assistant and expert advice from Supercheap Auto.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tom at SCA brooky and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service I received. Tom was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and services offered, and he patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. He helped me choose the perfect replacement battery for my needs, and even went above and beyond to install it for me in a timely and efficient manner. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Tom, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of help at SCA. Thanks again for all of your help, Tom! Five stars!

Big shout out to SCA Jake in Brookvale. Purchased an AGM Car Battery for my Mercedes 2019, Jake went above and beyond to help with the installation and configuration. Best service, thanks mate… the lovely lady in counter is also very helpful and polite.

I only visit the Supercheap Port Brookvale store as a last resort (if nearby Sprint or Repco don't have what I am looking for) as the service is pretty poor and the staff are generally abrupt. I have never once been asked if I need a hand finding something. Somehow I get the feeling Supercheap don't really care about customers or service.
