Very happy that Diego‘s ashes came home today. The urn is so beautiful… Pets in Peacemade the entire grievance process much easier. I can highly recommend their service ❤️

Last November we have to make a heart breaking decision to say goodbye our dear Ruby. Vets Morayfield was absolutely amazing on that very sad day. They have recommended Pets In Peace for Ruby's cremation. Ruby was delivered to us someone at Pets In Peace not by courier. We were so overhelmed with sadness. The lady who delivered Ruby to us she was nice and delivered Ruby with utmost care. Thank you very much.

I can honestly say the service and communication was terrible. I am heartbroken that I have still not received my pets ashes back. I have called three times and been given a date each time that never arrives! Almost three weeks later and still waiting for a phone call to say when my pets ashes will be returned. My gut feeling is they have lost the ashes and they are now avoiding me. This company disgusts me and I have no idea if or when I will receive my pets ashes and I am very skeptical it will be my pet!

Outstanding and compassionate service from every team member I spoke with, from the day my boy was collected until he came home to me.Their processes and aftercare options were explained to me, the viewing was very peaceful and great care and respect was shown by every staff member for his remains and items.Thoroughly recommended and will be using Pets In Peace again when the time comes.

It's a shame I had to use their services, but I could not be more happy and impressed with the care and consideration I was shown.
