Tina and her staff go above and beyond for their clients. They truly care for each client and are very knowledgeable in the services they offer taking time to explain every aspect of your treatment including all costs. Highly recommend!

I got a skin infection on my face from my microdermabrasion treatment at SILK.The day after my treatment my skin became burning hot and turned into a rash, then became covered in small pustules and was red and angry. It was extremely painful, I was not able to leave the house and was prescribed oral and cream antibiotics by my doctor - these eventually cleared it.I don’t believe the clinic understood the severity of the situation as when I contacted them they recommend an LED facial to fix.. I don’t think bacteria causing an infection (most likely from poor hygiene and handling of tools) can be fixed with another facial.I hate to complain cause I really did enjoy the procedure on the day. However it had left me in tears. Not only this, but the additional cost of the doctors appointment, medications and time off work is not cheap. I am so lucky that I am not immunocompromised and my skin is usually in good condition, as I could not imagine how painful this process would be if I were. It’s so disappointing as I usually enjoy my time at SILK but I absolutely cannot recommend anyone go when your health could be at risk.

Laser technician Nicole is very thorough and professional would definitely recommend seeing her for your laser treatments.Also the RN onsite for injectables is lovely, very caring and patient.❤️❤️

The staff are exceptional. It’s warm and friendly. I was nervous to try emsculpt but the consultation was very simple and I left feeling confident.I am over the moon with my results. Thanks girls

The staff here are so nice and accommodating, very professional but also friendly. They ask lots of questions so your treatment is tailored to your personal needs. Very enjoyable experience and would highly recommend to all.When the laser was too much for me in the beginning Nicole really helped me get used to it and listened to all of my concerns, and when I wanted to treat my acne scars she came up with a treatment plan tailored for my skin and concerns.
