We have a truck Company and every claim has been a painful process. They tried to make us pay half for an engine, when the truck needed to be written off. We had one truck that was written off but they still want us to pay premiums even after paying the excess! Company needs to learn their policies and stop making rules to suit themselves... They also need to stop ignoring their clients communication during the week and then emailing late on a Friday afternoon so you cannot respond til Monday, this has happened a few times to us, very fustrating!

Ask what market value is. For our van via camplify premium insurance rentsure offered $10000. We had previously had cover for $20000 due to extras and upgrades. Didn’t find out till needed to make claim that significantly under insured. Now trying to ask for review with evidence of vans for sale that are all more than offered value except one renovators delight. Not had any correspondence at all from them to my appeal. Pay the little bit extra and get agreed value so you know where you stand.
