Great roof restoration done on my 30 year old house . Kelvyn came to give quote at my earliest convenience, very reasonable price compared to well advertised companies. Being a small company, any phone queries went straight through to Kelvyn, not having to deal with office staff is a bonus. Grant is a very experienced roofer, went above and beyond . Cut down significant amt of tree branches hanging over roof, hosed down windows after pressure cleaning roof. Next day , Grant and Darren did all the pointing, replaced 1 fascia board and beautifully repaired another.. 3rd day applied 3 coats paint to tiles , and also hand painted the fascia and other boards, which wasn’t their job . Showed respect for my property by tidying up each day and took all the rubbish away. They worked hard and continuously, very professional and courteous. Thankyou Grant and Darren for an excellent job!!! Thanks Kelvyn , very happy with the job, and highly recommend this company to anyone needing a roofing job

Kelvyn and his team did a super job on our 30 yr old roof which needed cleaning, rebedding and repointing. Very quick turnaround from quote to completion. Happy to recommend this local Bayside business.
