Dr Jamie Jones and the team at Neutral Bay Dental Surgery are absolutely exceptional. I've been seeing Jamie for all my dental work for over 10 years, and for good reason. He's meticulous, thorough and super efficient and the surgery's equipment and facilities are constantly updated. Add to that, every member of the team is incredibly nice to deal with. Highly recommend.

Going to the dentist can be daunting and bring with it some anxiety, as most people associate having dental work with pain, and will then put off going for their regular check ups or dental work.I've been seeing Jamie for 5+ years and he's the best dentist i've ever been to. His personality is warm and friendly which makes me feel at ease, he talks me through what he's going to do before he does anything, and i know he has my best interest at heart when it comes to the best result for me and my teeth.I would recommend Jamie to anyone that requires any dental work.

Dr Jones and the surgery staff all ensure you feel welcome and cared for. I'm very happy to have found this surgery and would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend! Have been to this practice twice now and felt really comfortable with the quality of the service and the friendliness of the staff. Jamie offered lots of practical tips and properly explained the different issues and remedies to me. He was really thorough with the cleaning and left my teeth looking visibly less stained. Best part was how warm the staff were – Jamie made me feel very much at ease in the chair and I had a proper yarn with the receptionist and nurse staff. The whole experience ended up feeling very personal and quite different to the usual dentist dread. Will be sticking to this practice and recommending it to my pals.

I’ve finally found a dentist that makes me want to keep regular appointments.My teeth have been in quite a state because I simply have been avoiding going to the dentist because of previous unpleasant experiences.Jamie and his team have made me forget all of that, they’re friendly, supportive and he took the time to make sure my teeth were healthy and clean even though they took a lot of work, and gave me realistic things to do to keep them that way until the next time I see him.I liked the fact that I was able to get X-rays done in house too and we could assess things on the spot.I will be back and recommending friends and family go here too.

Best dentist in town. Great service, Great staff and ofcourse Dr. Jamie Jones is absoutely the best. I was in incredible amount of pain overnight due to tooth infection, gave clinic a call and they made time for me straight away. Dr. Jones and his team are excellent and truly care about it. Highly recommend.

I was recommended to see Jamie by two of my friends. I had some awful experiences in the past that led to an acute fear of dentists. Jamie took the time to listen, explain everything and make me feel confident. He is caring and a great communicator, and , above all, kind. Kindness is often undervalued but, a combination of kindness and professionalism is exactly what we all need when visiting the dentist.

The best dentist you could ask for! I fully trust Dr Jaime Jones with all my dental needs. He manages to find a way to fix all the chipped teeth I bring his way, leaving me feeling comfortable and confident in my new smile. Not only is he clearly a competent dentist, but he is also a friendly and genuine person. The rest of the staff are also lovely. Could not recommend more - 10/10!!

I cannot recommend Jamie Jones and his team highly enough! I have had both minor and major dental work completed in the most professional and friendly manner with the most up to date equipment! Nothing is too much trouble. My whole family look forward to a visit to the dentist now and that's thanks also to the amazing ladies on reception which makes it a total pleasure. Would not go anywhere else!
